Greater Coastal Realty offers aggressive advertising through the Internet, targeted publications, newspapers, the multiple listing service, as well as flyers and brochures.

Since its founding, in 1987, Greater Coastal Realty stands as one of the top agencies in Southern Ocean County.  Founder and Broker Phil Savarese, a graduate of NJIT, leads the agency with talent and experience.  Sales manager Susan Racioppi, practicing real estate since 1985, brings her experience to Greater Coastal Realty.  Together Susan and Phil work as a team to guide the agents.  The Property Management Division is headed by Realtor Associate Silvia Toro, who brings years of experience in Commercial and Investment Real Estate and Real Estate Property Management.  As your team, together with all our agents, we can help to fill your every Real Estate need.
